Make the dough...
Combine flour, eggs, salt and cracked pepper with your hands and knead until you have a firm dough. Roll out until thin enough to pass through your pasta maker.
Fold the sides in...
For the first few passes through the pasta maker, fold the sides in as shown above, to straighten out the edges.
Roll out the dough...
Continue passing the dough through your pasta maker until you reach your desired thickness...
Cut the noodles!
Switch the setting from rolling to cutting, and cut your pasta into strips...
Cook or store!
Either hang your pasta to dry and store, or cook fresh and enjoy in your favorite pasta dish!
