The Homesteader Hop #46

Sharing is caring!

Welcome to The Homesteader Hop! Each week we have plenty of posts to keep your attention starting every Wednesday at 1 AM EST.

We’ve added something new to the Hop!

If you are featured, your post will be added to our group board, The Homesteader Hop Group Board, and you will be invited to pin with us!  Make sure to follow the board (sometimes it’s hard finding you to invite)!

We’re still getting back into the swing of things around here!  A lot piled up after our vacation and having some maintenance done on the site.

One of the things that I love about writing A Chick And Her Garden, is that I can use it as a journal and go back and reflect on my experiences and thoughts of the past.

With all of the work piling up, my previous post, When My Simple Life Isn’t So Simple was just what I needed to help me get back to work!  It reminds me that, even in the tough times, this is all worth it and I love what I do!

I hope you’re having a fantastic week!  And enjoy the Homesteader Hop!

I’m Anna – foodie, research-addict, and mini-homesteader. I’m married to a man who can learn to do anything from a book (sailing! changing shocks & struts! making perfect cheesecake!). And I’m also Mama to one delightful little lady, who keeps me on my toes!

 Seeking Joyful Simplicity

This is the story of our family as we downsize our lives and increase our self-sufficiency. We left a city home and city salary behind to create a homestead on 2.5 acres in the mountains!
